Some of the men even mocking said that the Apostles were full of new wine, not because the Apostles babbled (to utter inarticulate or meaningless sound or confused speech), which they did not, even though Satan teaches this, but because they would not receive the word of God which was spoken clearly to them by the Apostles as the Holy Spirit gave them utterance in other languages, which they knew, fulfilling all that the Lord had spoken."...and yet for all that will they not  hear me..."When the Apostles spoke in other tongues they spoke in part fluently the exact word of God. They did not babble as Satan teaches.  (Zac. 8:23)  " shall come to pass,...."

So then, if you believe God, you too, already and will speak with a new tongue -- which is part of the fulfilling of the New Testament. It's simply the renewal of the mind and the controlling of the tongue to speak that which is from God's Son. "They shall speak with new tongues," as He (Jesus Christ) said and did Himself.

In the Holy bible at John 8:43 where Jesus Christ says, "Why do you not understand my language? Because you cannot bear to listen to my message." It is here where you can see for yourself that He also spoke with a new tongue, later and now called Speaking in Tongues.  (1 Corinthians 14:18)

Jesus Christ says this: "But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement. For by thy word thou shalt be justified, and by thy  words thou shalt be condemned." (Matthew 12:36-37).
